Shipping & policies

Below are some general info and shop T&Cs. 

*Customers need to pay for VAT fees/customs taxes as required by the customs laws of their country. 

 

✿ Shipping Info✿

Free shipping for NZ/AUS/ASIA orders over $80. 

Free shipping for Intl. orders over $100. 

Currently ship to: New Zealand | Australia | Parts of Asia | Canada | U.S. | Parts of Europe

Announcements will be made if I'm able to ship to more countries. You are also welcome to use the site contact form for more enquiries on shipping locations.

I offer domestic NZ, AUS shipping and international shipping with NZ Post.


✿ Handling Time ✿

All orders are shipped from New Zealand. 

I will do my best to fulfil and ship out the orders as soon as possible. 

Orders may take up to 2-4 days to process and ship.

 

✿ Delivery times ✿

New Zealand: 1-5 Working Days

Australia: 4-7 Working Days

Rest of the world: 7-21 Working Days

Please note that international parcels may be selected for export inspection, and it may take up to 5-15 working days to clear.

Please note that shipping delays occur during the Christmas & New Year period.

 

✿ Packaging ✿

The prints will be packaged in clear sleeves and supported by backing boards.

A3 prints will all be packaged into mailing tubes.

Merch items will be packaged with bubble bags/bubble wrap/honeycomb wrapping paper. 

 

Print-only orders are sent as standard letter shipping without tracking. 

Parcel shipping rates apply to orders with acrylic merch and A3 print orders. 

Large prints and merch orders will be combined into one parcel. Large prints will be packaged into a mailing tube. Merch items are in separate packaging and bundled together in a large-sized bubble mailer. 




✿ Returns / Exchanges ✿

If the order arrived damaged or the product is faulty, please contact me using the store contact form or email reikadraws@gmail.com with photos of the package and contents. 

If the order is confirmed as lost, the order can be resent at no extra cost, or a refund can be issued.

Otherwise, there will be no change of mind refunds/exchanges.
